A €2.50 processing fee applies to all refunds. Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days after the deadline.

Balance: €15.00 → ✅ €15.00 - €2.50 = €12.50 refunded.

Step 1: Log into your account or scan your QR code on wristband within the refund timeframe window

Step 2: Add bank details
Add the bank account you'd like to receive the refund to.
Make sure to hit confirm at the bottom once you've added and checked the details.

Step 3: Email confirmation
Once requested, you should receive an email confirming your refund request.

On the first day you arrive you can exchange your e-ticket for a wristband. check the app for times and locations of accreditation.

Lost wristbands may be deactivated to protect any remaining balance; however, replacements are not guaranteed and may incur a replacement fee. Damaged or tampered wristbands may not be replaced

You can top up your wristband with cash at designated on-site top-up locations only.

You can check your wristband balance by logging into your account, scanning your wristband QR code, or visiting one of the on-site help/top-up points.

Balances cannot be transferred between wristbands.

All transactions and refunds are processed in Euros (€).

Wristbands may only be issued to the named ticket holder. Please bring your valid ticket/e-ticket and ID.
